"There is no surprise certain Antibiotics would cause this." This condition is typically caused by using too much Antiseptic Mouthwash, like Hydrogen peroxide.
"This kills Both "GOOD" and Bad Bacteria and will allow a particular Bacterium to flourish unchecked."👅
