I tested the Nvidia App and WELL While playing Battlefield 2042 on my 9800X3D and 4090 I was getting between 250fps to 300fps at 1080p. I totally uninstalled the Nvidia app and now I'm getting between 300 to 350fps. GO FIGURE. Get rid of it the app completely. Your welcome. Hardware unboxed aren't gamers.
