I tried several times facing this general on this difficulty but she always destroyed me with her Comanches and Auroras raids including the A-10s. But I did what you did on your video and kept Rocket Soldiers in groups of 3-4 in several spots... That's how I won. Thanks.

When i play she attack with 3 Comanches from upper left side at 1 minute WTF

That was the most exhausting first 10 minutes I have ever seen for this challenge. Idk if they forgot to patch this challenge or what but holy smokes is it absolutely unreasonable haha

Man this challenge is absolutely asinine, I'll try your approach, see if I can get a better result

if you place AA defenses close to the water, Auroras will not target them.
if you place 2-3 infantry spaced out in the place roughly mid-way between supply and water, Auroras will target them 1 by 1. Basically, Auroras target the closest thing from the water, but not right close to the water. So with this you avoid losing expensive stuff to bombers.
You can also avoid particle cannons by placing scaffold of Supply/War fac./Barracks/Power Plant in the area above and right from your C.Center (the sand area) and the P.Cannons usually target those. Then just cancel them when lasers start to fire.

This is a difficult general to beat, but minimizing losses like that makes it easier to save $$$ for stuff like superweapons :)
