This was the first game I played as a child. Never got into another game like this again after, since I was only like 6 or 8 and played NFS shortly after this, but looking back at it now it looks hell of a game to start gaming with.

Generals is my favorite out of all of them. Then Tiberium Wars. Red Alert will always be special to me too it's just a bit dated at this point lol.

by far the best game in terms of balanced yet highly different types of teams to play as. especially the stealth and mining aspects was almost unique to this. such great gameplay and strategy and tactics from those types of abilities and units. things like aoe2 could be so much more lively with added dimensions such as stealth and traps.
This needs a graphic upgrade for sure and potentially new installments in the future. Such a treasure. Funny when you go back to it so many years later and it holds up perfectly and looks actually great even with rosy glasses.

Great to see a Generals gameplay. For strategy, it is very easy to "turtle" and boom in Generals campaigns, especially at lower difficulties. Once you solidify your defences and build a few suply drop zones, you can basically make infinite money. Used to be my favourite strategy :D
