Great motivational video 👍👍😊😊. But could you help us by making video of how to really make $1million in a year please? Because most of what you said about shares and real estate, the initial requirement is to have at least more than $10K surplus which you can put aside for investment which means you already have tens if not hundreds of thousand of dollars which perhaps taken a period of time to accumulate (which usually takes more than 1 year) So it is one great video but may not really assist average person with $700 wages/week with kids to make $1million in a year. It is achievable but usually takes longer. But great video though, may just need to adjust the title accordingly😊

I think the point of buying a house is good. But it is a bit misleading where you can make 5k profits only. You pay to the bank 75k (50k down payment + 25k renovation) and ended up getting back 80k from refinance. If you can see, the difference is where you only get 5k profits. Plus, that was not included hidden costs in buying property. Like if you agree with me.
