That's gotta be one of the steepest hills I've ever seen. Excellent test.

its stupid how the media reports that no one is buying cars anymore, when they should be saying that no one is buying american nameplate cars

You mean it’s phenomenal reliability, and good gas mileage and relatively affordable trim packages had nothing to do with it?

I’ve been driving my 2019 corolla hatchback for 45 days... 3600 miles it’s automatic I’ve been achieving 42 mpg 465 miles per tank of gas, loving it!

(GMC, Ford, Fiat/Chrysler): "people don't buy cars!" (Toyota): huhh??

To all the GM sheep, the SUV craze didn't effect Toyota. They just sold over 1 million corolla in 2017 . And the new 2019 corolla is projected to do similar sales .And this corolla and many others are made in the US unlike an actual American automaker like gm whom shifts sales to Mexico. GM went under because of the poor quality of cars .

The window lock out is great for laying out a massive "silent but deadly" fart and making sure everyone has to experience it.

TOYOTA is the best car manufacture in the world. I have a 2006 corolla sedan (European) and it still drives PERFECT.

The new Corolla, Rav4 and Camry all look good and the only thing I miss is a fully EV version.

168 HP in a compact is actually pretty good. The 2005 Nissan Sentra Spec-V had 175 HP, and that was a performance edition vehicle.

I like my 2014 Corolla, but what was Toyota thinking with the low ground clearance front spoiler?
Breaks on contact with common parking barriers which were made to stop tires, not plastic winglets. Also scrapes on steep driveway approaches.
Bodyshop says its $1, 000 to fix, have to remove entire ouside front cowling, then mold to shape, easier to replace....for $1, 000.

I totally love mine. The stick shift is soooo smooth and fun to drive. I do agree, throws are a bit long. I turned off iM the second day, way more visceral and natural feeling for those who had driven manual transmission cars from 80s and 90s. The only two annoyances I have, if I had to bitch about something, 1) Steering wheel is a bit too sensitive and lacks feedback 2) Location of the USB port. Other than that, it is an awesome car!

Give us the choice of the Wagon they sell in Europe, this hatch is just too darn small to be practical. #SaveTheWagon #WeWantWagons
