Those aren’t reputable LEDs. They look like they came from a shitty $30 Amazon floodlight. This is why I recommend spending more money on more expensive and reputable equipment such as GE, Philips, Lithonia, RAB, etc. Don’t buy the off-brand lights, such as Onforu or Stasun. They will fail. They aren’t even UL-listed, which is an important safety certification for the United States. I highly doubt the Chinese lights are even CE certified, which is an important safety certificate for Europe.

You are misguiding people watching your video, this is not the exact procedure and it will keep blowing other LED's one after another.

Here’s an amateur-level, incorrect repair method. Since LEDs are current-controlled devices, if you short the LED like shown in the video, soon the entire system will fail. It's like leaving a decayed tooth untreated, and the decay spreads to the surrounding area.

After removing the LED, if you apply a resistance of 200 ohm to 400 ohm then it will be a permanent solution. This video is not fake. Because this is what I do when my bulb goes bad.
