The only Amiibos I know of that have a similar perk are some of the Monster Hunter ones. You can actually pull the riders off of their monsters and put them on each other's! You can even put a rider on the Razewing Ratha even though it doesn't already come with a rider! I'm not sure about some of the others that come without a rider, though.
