i randomly discovered this when i used my luigi amiibo on my switch that i first used on my wii u

You could also transfer miis with the wii remote, it was a very unknown feature of it too!

A neat feature is that with the mii saving you can take a mii from 3ds or wii u to the switch

Ah, my Kirby amiibo. He was a menace in Smash 4. He didn't have much in the way of defense, but he had high attack and speed, and had Crit. Hit, easy perfect shield, and auto Regen. The bastard was incredibly squirrelly and the only one who could compete with him was my buddy's Fox amiibo, which had reflect heal. It was awesome to watch them fight.
