XeroLinux Is Back And Looking Better Than Ever

The creator of XeroLinux decided a few months back to no longer build ISOs for his distro. Instead, he created an installation script for XeroLinux, which is still a perfectly viable way to install it. But now, XeroLinux is back available as an ISO.

That model seems to work well for Archcraft (although they have free and some paid ISOs), that makes sense, free and open source but if you want the ISO built for you, a small $ isn't unreasonable. Love Xerolinux

I've cornhauled some of his visual elements before into things like Cachy and EndeavourOS before to great effect

Has an eye for pretty, which I like as I am into photography and I love Xero's design choices

i donated 6$ and been running xero for about 5 days. its a nice clean arch distro that just works. ima main this for a while. 6$ well worth. i put it at or about the same level as endeavouros. which i love

I’d support him just because of where he is and living through. We are Linux; not American, Brazilian, Canadian, English, French, Indian, Iranian, etc…. Linux users transcend beyond border and political strife and have become a worldwide community that purposes to help one another - even the BTW group 😉

Was my fav distro. Unfortunately, stopped using XeroLinux because ISO was discontinued. Now using Arco Linux.

don't need to check kernel version with a command because it's seen in the fetch information. proceeds to check number of installed packages with a command, which was visible under kernel version in the very same fetch information xD

The pacman package count was in the fetch info, though I am guessing you either missed it or did the package check command to teach others about it.

mpv is not a dependency of vlc. It is one for Haruna, a video player from KDE though
