It's so surreal seeing an entire office floor designated to scamming people. Folks pouring coffee, having lunch, chatting, bored, just doing their ordinary day. But their ordinary day is stealing thousands of dollars from innocent people. The fact that they're actively ruining people's lives is either lost on them or they just don't care.
