~What I eat in a day as a HIGH CARB, low fat vegan~
I started the day with a honey crisp apple, some cauliflower oats with some @yellowbirdsauce Habanero sauce on top 🔥
(this was a first time for me with the savory oats combo—it was literally so good! I was skeptical at first!)
Throughout the day, I snacked on a banana, some carrots and some mini cucumbers. Been trying to snack on more veggies as they are less calorically dense. I also had a Chi Tea Latte with oat milk before teaching my Wednesday evening hot yoga class 🧘♀️ (I had one in the morning, too but forgot to get a clip of it!)
For lunch, I had a HUGE Japanese sweet potato with some California medley steamed veggies- the sweet potato was literally huge, so I ate what was left of it for dinner along with a banana – I also had a few bites of @foragerproject Bee Free Honey Alternative yogurt (not pictured).🤍
My evening drink consisted of @earthchimp chocolate protein powder, cacao, @addjoi oatmilk powder, spring water, and a turmeric/ginger capsule made my @iammotiv8 - it was so nourishing and comforting!! 🙌🏼
I also took my supplements in the morning and some new Irish SeaMoss gel I’ve been trying!☺️
