In the union we ran string all over the J hooks first and also lubed the cables so we're not pulling so hard on the cables.

The guy at the boxes should be giving more slack so it's easier for the other two guys to pull.
I'd like to see the j hook closer to the conduit before it goes down the wall so there isn't a b-line.
The guy in the room is pulling the cable too hard. If it's that hard to pull I always tell my guys to find the stress point and make some slack so it pulls nice and easy.

Might be reaching fill capacity for that conduit but I've seen a lot worse. I've never seen cat6 get hot because of the bundle size.

Guy in room is pulling too hard; should be pulling down not out. Pulling like that causes tension obviously and can chafe up the wire

The work that he is doing is not bad although he is pulling the cables way to hard and without slack. However, I'm wondering if he can actually mount the jhooks on electrical conduit?

Your making a mistake pulling through your j hooks.. just pull beside the J hooks and gon back and set the wire in them. It’ll pull easier I promise.

Remember kids. Using that many wires together means that they will mess up your signal. Create a lot of heat until they maybe melt. Or just start a fire. The sheet metal ducts are there for keeping the signal from distorting and heat dissipation. But once those are getting a little full like this. Add multiple lanes.
