1-They deep clean your mouth
2-For me they put e/ bracket for e/ tooth - With hot glue texture
2- They twirled the wire up/ down, cut the remaining off
3-What ever color you choose
4- They put e/band on
& if you got an over bite they know to give you rubber bands
Depending on your circumstance
Over bite, open bite
I been had braces for over 2 years
I love them In my opinion
& Yes you could eat a lot things just with cautions

As a Person who went through every painful fkin step of the way I'll say that it is worth it at the end your teeth look good you gain more confidence Ur bite is way better, teeth sharper so for anyone that's going trough it, dw it will be worth it at the end trust the process.

I remember having these when i was 10 and had them removed at 14, 4 long years of pain in my mulars that i had to endure and the part that juts out always scraped inside of my mouth cheeks and it was so painful, and when they were removed by another dentist i felt so relieved that i had them removed, my sincere gratitude to that dentist she was a kind lady.
