If I am doing a clean install and want to use a back up in migration assistant to restore apps and such, should I choose also to restore "System Settings? I am doing a clean install because at start up it lags while churning through what I am guessing is leftover junk.

when I downloaded Sequoia it automatically updated my computer from iOs 17 to Sequoia. Not sure what to do now as I wanted to do a clean install. I don't see the Sequoia install app in my application folder now, how do I get this?
