Although you meant well, you rambled for the most part of the video talking about communication, dictatorship, and effectiveness vs efficiency. Next time, write a script before making a Youtube video. 

About the topic: What I hate about coding/programming career paths is that one language is never enough, you have to learn at least Some healthcare professionals don't spend as many years as programmers to learn lifesaving skills.
