Hey guys this video will focus on improving the beginners skills in fusion 360.
This is nice exercise to put to practice what we have learned so far.

We are going to create a pipe fitting component (elbow).
This elbow may be used to connect two pipes of I.D.75 mm, perpendicularly to each other. The importance of elbow is it allows fluid to pass uniformly without any obstruction.

Was trying this on my own for a while. Feel like if I had to pipes I should be able to extrude them together easily. But this works to. And out of the other tutorials this was honestly the best!

If you are already a bit familiar with the commands and can do the object yourself without watching this video step-by-step, I suggest you do the object your way and then watch the video on how Spark Plug here did it, then you can see if he used any shortcuts that would make your life easier.
What I also suggest is:
When you are about to make the connection parts/flanges of the pipe, i suggest you draw the same sketch out as he did, D150, but before extrude, already make those small circles with the same 2D circular pattern. Then after that extrude the piece you need.
For the second flange/top connection, you can mirror the previously made connection, slide the timeline back 1 bit (before extrude), make a construction plane between the top pipe and right side pipe. You should get a construction plane at 45 degrees, just like the radius 200 is shown on the 2D sketch.
Now you can slide the timeline back to "present" (so that the first extrude of the flange piece is done), select mirror, select the flange and for mirror plane select the 45degree plane that you just created.
And everything should be nice!.
Thanks for the videos!
Great for beginners.

There is symmetry 45 deg through the middle of the arc. So you could just build half the pipe looking from the top and then mirror across the 45 deg plane

"You can add appearance by going to appearance" is NOT A TUTORIAL. Tell us where you are clicking, what it looks like, whether you are pressing shift or control. You must explain, not just demonstrate. I learned a lot. Thanks for making the video.

May I ask why, at 4:30, did you choose "new component" for "operation."

Did anyone notice the holes in the top flange were rotated 30 degrees out to the bottom flange

Hi there! At 6:55 when you were sketching the circle, it does not seem to be locked down, (black). Why not? Is it ok to leave the sketch without locking it down? By the way, good tutorial!
