I happened to choose your three part beginner video when starting out in Fusion 360 over all the other channels available. I can’t imagine anyone else could have put together a better beginner tutorial and I feel no need to look elsewhere on YouTube as I continue to learn this software. Over these three quick and concise videos I have gone from confused and frustrated to having a great grounding in the fundamentals of Fusion 360 and an appreciation of the power of parametric modelling. Thanks Lars

I'm an old guy with 0 CAD experience. Lars, you are an excellent teacher! I learned more by watching your 1st video than hours of reading. Thanks, and looking forward to the rest of the series.

Wow I started CAD drawing in high school and then went on to get a degree in music...so I hadn't messed around with my industrial arts side. We barely touched Auto CAD and mostly did work on John Apperson's CADSTD. I love the fact that the Autodesk company knows that there are hobbyists out there that do basic hobby works and cannot afford the same price as companies that can afford the program. This is the very heart and soul of being a maker and I salute you all. Thank you for being there for the big guys and us little guys (and gals too).

Just downloaded Fusion 360 yesterday. These series of videos got me to know the software well and I could start explore a bit. It is true that it is outdated, some name and menus has changed, but with a little bit intuitive exploring you will find the most of the functions used in the video. I agree with some of the comments down below that it would be great with an updated tutorial. I like the teaching style of these videos. Thank you for these.

I believe this is the best beginner video I have watched to date. It is great to hear Scandinavian accent rather than American. Your pace of speech is great for people to learn from. I love the workflow you took us through. I am looking forward to watching more of your videos as I learn Fusion 360. Great to see a list of shortcuts which does make life a lot easier.

For the first time in 30 years, im happy like a little kid for learning a software. Im not a profesionall nor will i need this in my professional life, but man am I happy to have been able to create this insignificant box of pixels. All the instructions were damn easy to follow and even if the software shown is a bit outdated just a bit of investigation made it possible. I would like to kindly thank you kind sir for this. You have gained a faithful subscriber, hoping to grow with you.

Really great tutorial . I just spent the last 2 hours watching Autodesks videos and was totally lost. Your 20 minutes blows them out of the water. Great job. Thanks

Hey Lars, I tried to learn Fusion 360 5 years ago and stuck with 123D Design. You are so easy to follow and a very good teacher. You speak slow enough to follow and are very comprehend-able. I am sure with the help of your videos that I will be able to succeed this time. Thanks and God bless you.

Many thanks for teaching me how to model something in the same time it took to watch your beginner 1, 2, 3 videos. I honestly thought it would take me a year to get that far but in one afternoon I designed a conduit box to my own measurements and then changed it to a gearbox case idea! It only took a good teacher like you to make it all fall into place. 3 months later and I'm designing things I thought would have taken me years to learn. thank you soo much!!!!

Lars, Bless you my friend, I have wanted to learn CAD for years but till I retired never took the time; embarrassing for someone who lives in Autodesk’s home town [San Rafael, CA]. I am 2 vids into your Intro to Fusion series & love the presentation, so clear and so logical; this gives me hope I can actually master this great tool. Well, back to school. —Take Care & Thanks

I actually don't understand why people don''t like this video, I know some terms and locations are different now, but doesn't take that much to understand the new version of what he's saying and he's actually done an amazing job!! Thank you a lot!

Thank you Lars. I got going by watching part of this first video, and then crashing around to figure it out, then into CAD toolpath generation so I could start making stuff on my hobby CNC mill. Now I'm back to see watch the rest. So much more power than what I was already tapped into, thanks to you. This is a fantastic help to all of us out here in the maker community.

I use fusion 360 once or twice a year, while I work amongst a lot of other technologies. So I always watch THIS video first, before I start a new project. I've seen it 10 times. Thanks, Lars

First time ever using Fusion 360. I have the newest version out. I had a little trouble following your steps as the screens were different. BUT I did manage to make the part and it turned out just like yours did. I will probably go back and watch this video several times to see the steps again and take notes. I tried watching other videos on YouTube and got lost within the first several minutes. Thank you for "breaking the ice" for me!!
