Korean Bibimbap is starting off Day 1 of 7 RICE BOWL WEEK VOLUME 2. One of the best recipes to hide some veggies while being super hearty and a little spicy. Warm rice bowl is perfect for this time of year while being super nutritious and delicious.

Bowl Ingredients:
- Beef Slices
- Beans Sprouts (seasoned with soy and sesame oil)
- Carrots
- Green Seaweed (wakame)
- Mushroom (sautéed with salt and pepper)
- Spinach
- Kimchi
- Fried Egg
- Gochujang
- Rice

Beef Marinade
-500g Sliced Beef
-1/2 Onion
-1 Big Clove Garlic (minced)
-1 tsp Ginger
-3 Sprigs of Green Onion (white part only)
-6 tbsp @sanjtamari 25% Less Sodium Tamari
-2 tbsp Sesame oil
-2 tbs white sugar
-1 tsp White pepper

Method for Bowl
1) mix all beef marinade in a bowl and leave 30 minutes. Sautée with onions and cook until beef is cooked through
2) plate up your bowl with the rice, beef, fried egg, gochujang and all the veggies.
3) mix the bowl before eating and enjoy!!!
