Tuna Bibimbap
Ingredients
* 1 carrot
* 1 zucchini/squash
* 8 shiitake mushrooms
* 1 bunch spinach
* 1 bunch bean sprouts
* Salt to taste
* Short grain rice
* Canned tuna
* Neutral oil
* Egg
* Seasoned Seaweed
Sauce
* 1/4 cup gochujang
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tbsp rice vinegar
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp honey
* 2 cloves garlic(grated)
* 1/2 inch knob ginger(grated)
Instructions
1. Prep ingredients by peeling and julienning carrots, and slicing zucchini and mushrooms.
2. Steam prepped veggies along with spinach and bean sprouts for 7 minutes seasoning with salt.
3. Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
4. Heat 3 tbsp neutral oil in a pan and once shimmering fry and egg until whites are set and yolk is still runny.
5. Add rice to a bowl followed by the steamed veggies, canned tuna that has been drained, the fried egg, seaweed, and the sauce.
6. Give that a good mix and enjoy.
