Stretching can feel great for a lot of people. But it won’t change the way you’re moving.

Until you’re able to find tension and stability when & where you need it, every step you take could be reinforcing your back pain.

But if you train to build strength and stability in the right positions, tissues learn to handle forces appropriately. Joints begin to align differently. And movement patterns change for the better.
