Vallee's book "Passport to Magonia" is a must-read for anyone interested in understanding UFO sightings. He makes a great case that UFOs and their pilots are extra-dimensional and have been visiting us for centuries, or longer. He thinks the entities have an agenda, and it's not benign. He also said they are deceptive and manipulative.

This channel is criminally underated and underviewed (wouldn't be surprised if it's being throttled by YT) been watching for years, keep up the excellent work!

Vallée picked up where CG Jung left. He's probably the researcher who paints the best picture of what's actually going on. Thank you very much for this video!

On top of Claude Lacombe in Close Encounters being based on Jacques Vallée, he was also a consultant on the film. At one point, he asked Steven Spielberg (paraphrase, from memory), "Why are you implying that the phenomenon is extraterrestrial? You know that is not what I believe." Spielberg said, "Because this is a movie, and I have to give the audience something like what they expect." Vallée said, "Fair enough."

This is the first time anyone has properly explained Jacques Vallée and his writings to me.

Valee was definitely way ahead of his time. It feels like a lot of these ideas are becoming more popular now with the ideas of hyper terrestrials and extra dimensional entities.

This is the best birthday present I could ask for, you do this man more justice than any other channel I've seen.

A lifelong reader in this field (and i am 76), of Vallee's and others' books, my conclusion is that some are interdimensional and some are physical. There us too much evidence for both. It foesn't have to be one or the other. Reality us big enough for both.

I totally agree with Vallee’s UFO stance - I think the historic fae (including the Islamic djinn) and modern “alien” encounters are the same phenomenon

Excellent and well documented video. I've read all the books of Vallee including his journals and I can say you couldn't do a better job than this video to summarize the activity of this scientist during so many years. Well done!

Of all the more experienced investigators in this field, it's Jacques Valle who I would like to chat with the most. From his more recent interviews, he seems like a lot of fun to talk to. Very chill and confidently knowledgeable.

In January of 2005, I witnessed a silent black trapezoid shaped object glide directly over my roof. I say "glide" because of the effortless precision in which it moved. I cannot stress that it was completely silent. It had four oddly lustrous amber colored lights embedded in all four of it's corners. I was absolutely transfixed on this thing, and did my best not to blink because I didn't wanna miss a millisecond of what I was witnessing. It moved at an impossibly slow speed. The exterior of the object itself was black, but seemed to have a glow to it. It was about the size of a room. Time itself felt strange. It felt like only I & this object existed until it eventually got out of my sight. That night, I experienced an unnerving episode of sleep paralysis that I won't go into. The silence of this thing and the rich, yet dim tone of the amber colored lights haunts me to this day. It had absolutely no visible means of propulsion, or anything like wings or propellers. A part of me regrets the whole experience, because it left me with more questions than answers. I will never forget it for the rest of my life.

This is not just my favorite UFO channel, it’s definitely one of my ALL TIME favorite YouTube channels! This channel is super underrated, I get so excited when you post new videos. I’ve also been wanting to read Passport to Magonia for a while now, and I think this video seals the deal for me.

I, like Vallée, tend to lean towards the inter-dimensional hypothesis. Mainly due to intense/mystical past experiences with psychedelics that me and many other people have been through.

If you’re reading this Think Anomalous, thank you so much for all of the videos. I know that a ton of work goes into your videos. I’m sure if you uploaded more often on a consistent schedule your channel would gain a ton of subscribers. 💜💜💜 This video made my boring day turn great, we’re all looking forward to the next upload!

Vallee is the man. A logical and critical thinker who asks some unpopular but vital questions. Like his associate Hynek, Vallee wasn't afraid to tread the line between believer and debunker. I link Vallee's theories with those of John Keel.
