I have one of the universal lids. Best thing I have gotten from the Aldi. It fits the larger pans that didn't come with lids.

That pumpkin risotto said "pumpkin spelt" not pumpkin spice! So since a butternut squash and a pumpkin are in the same family, they're basically the same except they used spelt rather than rice.

I was introduced to cloudies back in May when I took a camping trip to Holland Michigan. At a local restaurant I had a hamburger with cloudy bun. It was delicious and light and airy.
