My friend Julie and I use this diet plan despite us both being small. It’s actually not as bad as it seems. We use it to eat healthier the suggested meals are actually delicious. We both are fine no negative side effects.

Ive been drinking sweet tea my whole life. Tell me why i just now looked at the back of one and it has 48 carbs alone!! I had no idea!! I just have been uneducated and waking up!!
