⭐ Andrea and Sean
--------------------------
A little about me:
Sean Daniel is a man. A man of simple needs and desires. And the one desire, no, the one NEED, that stands above all is to spread the challenges, joy and intellectual stimulus of music to people of Earth and beyond.
Born on the mean streets of upper middle class suburban Chicago, Sean learned the ways of the world through the dizzying heights of success to the lonesome depths of failure and emerged with the promise of a better tomorrow reflecting in his eyes and fiery passion in his belly.
He plays and teaches guitar on his YouTube channel where he regularly releases original music and projects to the adulation of legions of fans, who often compare him to Chris Pratt and one time Ryan Reynolds. He’s currently in the market for a nice leather jacket.

Thank you! This is going to help my playing so much. I've been looking for how to embellish chords and make my playing sound less "blocky" & more musical for ages. This is perfect!

I knew that playing the in key of "C" but starting on "E" was Phyrigian but I watched and learned anyway. You never fail me Sean. That's why you are my Billy Bumbler.

Mindblown...i feel a 'learnin' coming on....30yrs in and this might give me the push i need to become an intermediate beginner. I can play o.k but i still just hear myself playing scales too often when i solo...bugs me., , , but this just gave me a couple of really good ideas to try....stoked. YouTube and people like Sean have been really good for my playing because it inspires me to learn and folk like Sean show me its not impossible and give me fantastically good practical information i can work with... even if it not quite what the lesson may be...i will take from it what i can and will and i have steadily been plugging away at the holes in my playing... I hate to say it but Covid19 has been really good for my guitar playing. I used the entire lockdown we had here in New Zealand to practice guitar and find good teachers online like Sean has doubled if not more my guitar abilities and skills and i'm actually really quite happy with my progress....after a lifetime of dissatisfaction and deriding my own skill and can now say i am actually ok on this thing. I will never be Jimi Hendrix but i will always be Jim of Aotearoa (Aotearoa means "land of the long white cloud" ie; New Zealand )

You're such an excellent teacher. Your sense of humor really helps break up the lesson and keep it real. I like that you don't complicate things, but you are aware of how other do. You're my favorite guitar teacher on The Tube. Thanks, fella. 🍁

Man I've been practicing scales and chords and have mainly just been playing chords. I just thought practicing scales was just helping with my fretting. But this...man...awesome. thank you brother.

I wish I'd seen this about 40 years ago.

This is an excellent lesson. I've been playing forever and I was talking with a fellow guitarist and we both agreed, "Why couldn't Youtube have been around when we were learning?" This is pure dynamite. Great job.

This was perfect! And now I “see” the chord/scale connection in that riff you taught in your Wild World lesson video! So cool! This was perfect for a beginner like me.

I like this lesson! I'm a little past it, but it does hit a lot of the little things I like to remediate all at once. And adding different melodies keep it from becoming boring. Thanks.

Yes, this is absolutely perfect for where I am at on guitar. It does feel like an accomplishment that I actually understand everything you talk about in this video. Lol 🤣. Definitely headed over to Patreon and see what else makes sense now.
