You had me at, picture of lightsaber. So this iw what workbench the jedis sat at. They made it seem they just had milled metal around and solely needed a crystal and to assemble.
*Much work needed there is. Lob off limbs this will not.

as much as I would love to have a "lightsaber" I cannot justify the price.
If it is functional, at least with FX and lights, then it won't be accurate. If it is milled to accuracy then it won't be functional. Short of getting 2, it is more worth it to get a Hasbro piece of plastic for your cosplay and call it a day.
