No its not that easy. People dont understand that EB1 eligibility is very tightly scrutinized. People do use EB1C loophole.

My neighbour completed his mba from iim ahmedabad he worked at facebook for 6 years then he interviewed for Goldman Sachs and got selected he recieved green card within 3 months opt for big companies they have a lot of power it's 2023 when he got his green card and I know, he will recieve citizenship after completing 5 years

It’s very difficult for those who start the career here on H1. One should be in managerial position. Certain number of employees should be reporting him/her. If they are on L1 A visa, they can apply for green card after one year into the country and they get green card within a year.

Not as easy as you sound. This category is very much scrutinized and tons of documentation is required. Also, it is no longer one year as of this post. Not everyone qualifies for this.
