In this video, we dive deep into the world of Prompt Engineering, unraveling the secrets to effectively communicate with AI models. Whether you're a seasoned data scientist, an AI enthusiast, or simply curious about the future of technology, these four prompt engineering methods will transform your approach to AI interactions.

1. Zero-Shot Learning: Discover how AI can interpret and execute tasks with no prior examples, purely based on its vast pre-existing knowledge.
2. Few-Shot Learning: Learn the art of providing AI with just a handful of examples to master a task. From generating poetry to complex coding problems.
3. Prompt Chaining: Uncover the strategy of using sequential prompts to tackle intricate tasks. We guide you through a creative journey from a story outline to a full narrative, all through the power of chaining prompts.
4. DSP (Directional Stimulus Prompting): Elevate your prompt game with targeted guidance, layered complexity, and response shaping. Whether it's crafting a narrative, analyzing business data, or exploring ethical reasoning, DSP offers a refined approach to directing AI's focus and output.

This video not only demystifies these techniques but also provides practical use cases, real-world applications, and expert tips to enhance your interaction with AI models. From creative writing to business analytics, learn how to leverage these methods for your specific needs. Dive in now and embark on a journey to mastering prompt engineering!

I've found it super helpful to first write down my goals, context, and what I want the model to do. Then I *ask it to generate a prompt* based on that info. This allows the model to fully grasp the intent and craft a prompt perfectly suited to my needs. This approach has led to prompts that are super effective. Highly recommend using that.

Your videos are great! You’re part of the reason I began programming/coding when I was soul searching for my career exploration phase in my life last year. I’m 29 now but last year I was longing and yearning to find a career I would love. I stumbled upon one of your videos and the way you explained some concepts in Python made it simple for me to understand. I’ve moved on to swift due to a HUGE demand for mobile programmers as well as other IOS devices. Could you also make some videos for swift? I didn’t see any videos on your channel. I would love to be able to learn deeper into swift using some of your content. The main reason I love coding/programming is because it’s all logic it may seem difficult to do at first but once you break each line of code down the logic clicks in your head.

This is so informative. I used to use prompts but now I know what kind of prompts I am using. Simple but a powerful video. Thank you Tiffany 😊

I personally and many of the beginner dev babies out there would need a video on how to achieve consistency in learning how to code and to learn something new!

Thank you. I'd be interested in hearing more in depth examples of the last two methods, to really see how it can be used for coding, documentation, etc...

Thanks to AI tools, I am able to absorb your teachings. English is not my native language, and it poses certain challenges for me. Therefore, I gain knowledge primarily through Chinese. Fortunately, with AI, I can use it to understand your explanations. Thank you, AI, and thank you.

does anybody know in a non-stationary environment for converging from estimated value to the true value of Q* why step-size(alpha) is kept variable and decaying over state transitions?

Sorry to drift off-topic, but I really like your vlogs and Tik Toks and was wondering if you can recommend any good resources for learning how to create professional videos like yours. You do a lot of quick cuts and insert useful animations and I'd like to learn to do that but I don't know where to start. Thanks in advance for your response.

I’d love a video survey of all of the different chat bots out there or soon to be out there, and how to use them at a super high level.

You don't have to make engines to be an engineer. Merriam Webster's 2nd and 3rd definition for "engineering " is as follows :
-Design and manufacture of complex products
-calculated manipulation or direction (as of behavior) - example => social engineering
