Hi Charlie, I have to say sir that is one of THE most beautiful cheesecakes I have ever seen. The way you finished the top with whipped cream and lemon slices was beautiful. It looks like a cheesecake in a very fancy bakery.👍👍 I am definitely adding this recipe to your pound cake recipes I saved. Charlie, BTW thank you for explaining why NOT to use a hand mixer or stand mixer for the cheesecake batter and doing it by hand instead to prevent cracking.
