It’s funny how bungie would rather ban people using macros rather than adding dupe protection. I did my weekly dual destiny mission for a second drop, and BOTH THE CLASS ITEMS WERE DUPLICATES. I gotta say this whole thing is stupid.

Honestly i think the exotic class items should be customisable based on what exotics you have previously unlocked.

They should do what they did with the onslaught weapons, and make it so you can pick a couple perks that have a higher chance of dropping. You probably aren't going to get both you want, but you'll probably get at least one, instead of a bunch of shit you don't want and don't need, that you wasted hours farming for.

I mean not to defend Bungie in any way but if you're using anything like a macro to automate a process in a video game that otherwise requires you to play the game then you should always be prepared to risk that account.

It's an advantage over a player through a means outside of the game.

I mean the best solution is Bungie to just make the drop rates and acquisition more accessible so that people don't feel required to use a macro but we all know how good Bungie is with making meaningful changes for that players best inerest so we'll see.

But anyone up in arms about this really should have seen it coming. It was always a part of the risk.

One thing I hope they do, but dunno how they will do it is ban people selling runs in the LFG, it's anoying to constantly go in a group and the guy is selling runs.

The class item perks should have just been armor mods that you unlock on a knockout list. It would have fixed all the issues. You'd only need one in your item inventory. Now, if I could just figure out how to unlock them with no mic. I gave up on prismatic altogether when I found out the mission was two players only and required callouts. You can get around that with three players when one doesn't have a mic. Not so much with two.

Why dont they make it craftable in a new way? U get an exotic class item. Infuse it to another at the forge then you can pick which perks you want for a price. So it takes up less space. Like if every weapon worked like this then you could save alot more space needing only 1 weapon/ class item instead of 1 pvp/pve for the weapons.

I still cant get dual destiny done im mostly blind and i dont want to put that on someone who doesnt know why i suck same reason i havent done a dungeon or raid so i get no class items

Bungie just keeps finding ways to make its player base not want to play their game, nerfs, bans for exploits in their game but not hardly any for cheaters. This type of management style is only going to lead people to NOT play any IP of theirs after this one; they'll be talked about for beginnings of Halo games and it's failure to Destiny/Destiny 2 on a communal level. It's insane to play a game where legendary items end of feeling better and more powerful than their own exotics, weapons more so; but I have people in my clan that don't run exotic armor because "it's only a 5-10% help these days and I don't care enough anymore."

Bungie should teach paid for courses on how to ruin an IP.

I played raid shadow legends for 5 years & this has been my issue, a 2nd job, not entertainment. On destiny 2, I'm solo, but still having fun, just playing less. Would love to do raids, near impossible without a dedicated team.

I'm not really a fan of the AFK farm, but to go after people after destroying the best solo farm and not providing a good solution to the actual issue is an amazing display of a lack of self-awareness.
