How do you create rule if the KB keep on changing?

I created rule to approve critical update, Updates and Security update for my Windows 10 box. Once I create the "rule" do I have to manually run the "rule" time to time? I want to get Microsoft "Edge updates" for Windows 10.
Without creating rule I can find the latest Edge in my Upstream WSUS server. I do see the latest Edge update when search in my Upstream WSUS server but I have to manually approve it.

Do I also have to create rule on my downstream WSUS box?
Any suggestion appreciated.
