Guys It doesn't have a stainless steel (SS) drum .. Its just procelain coated drum. Plastic drum is durable than this coated drum. Even a hard descaling powder would damage the coating of the drum. So beware before purchasing this machine

SS drum is highly durable and sure this machine doesn't hav SS.. Its a steel coat which is known as procelain. Google about it..

I have the same model T1366NEFTF, but unlikely the performance is not good at all, as I suffered from black residue on clothes and in filter and such residue requires to disassemble the machine completely every year for deep cleaning, I did such deep cleaning twice and customer support advised that this phenomenon is normal even I replaced it by any numbers !

I have question. I just saw this washing machine turn on and used by someone but when i want to wash my cloth it cannot turn on. I have checked all the plug and so on but still cannot turn on.
