I have had this machine for now over 10 years and gave not had these problems. I very rarely use bleach, but DO add vinegar to the bleach port every load. Maybe that will help others?? Though I’ve never used the wash cycle, which is why I’m watching the video 🤣

I try to clean my washer once a month using a cleaner. How do I get rid of the brown residue at the bottom of the drum? I've used vinegar and baking soda, ran several clean cycles and still can't get rid of the residue

Does anybody else have an issue with their LG top-load HE washer where water sits in the bleach reservoir on top after every wash? Even if you aren't using bleach? I've seen several videos of LG (and by extension Samsung) washers with this feature that have the same issue, but I can't find my specific, 6 year old washer.

I just recently bought this exact washing machine, it was used but they said it was in good condition. I’m not sure what is going on with it but, it’s not working correctly and I keep getting error code FE. It’s like when I start it, the water gets stopped up in it and it takes hours for the water to go down. It won’t even go through the full cycle. What should I do?
