Ella and Tim, you are doing a great job raising your 6 childern. The way they all speak how something so wrong makes them feel. I have mixed great-neices whose mom is white who is raising her girls to have respect, morals, and dignity, just the same as to treat people the way you want to be treated in return. This has been going on for soooo long. The only difference now is technology. It is being recorded. It has got to stop NOW. I am trying to control my anger and hurt. I have a 20 yr old son, so I can relate to Ella's comment about wanting them to feel my pain and anger at the violent loss of a child. Here in Georgia, two college kids were tased and abused by police. They got caught in the protest traffic going to get something to eat. They let the girl go eventually but arrested the young man. To watch these videos, it is horrible. We have to speak out and stand together, all races if we are going to see changes. Tim please know that even though your boys are light skinned, racists still see them as black. That's why it affects all of us. I'm sorry for the long comment, but I am hurting for my people and I'm angry that we are still dealing with racism at this level.
