You cannot always blame the parents when a child opens the door. My friend and her husband are two of the best parents I have ever met in my life. But when they gave their child dinner, then gave her a bath and put her in the sleep with a bedtime story. She got up in the middle of the night while they were asleep, got the chair and unlock the door and was outside. Thank God the neighbor coming in from partying at 2am saw her. God know what may have happened if she didnt see her.
