It would be one thing if she had changed. But the resume was the first clue, and when confronted with her lies she became arrogant and caused a scene. Definitely got what she deserved.

This is a good example that some people never change, tanaka-san who portrayed herself as a nice woman was still the psycho brat that akino-san knew at highschool and when she was continuously rejected she eventually flipped out throwing a massive temper tantrum trashing everything around her making the same threarts she made when she was in school but that did nothing to help her but continued even as she was given to the police, eventually she was able to get a job but as a delivery girl since akino-san warned other comapnies and no company in their right mind would hire a psycho bully of brat like her, that was her karma long overdued.

Tanaka provided false information in her résumé which disqualifies her from getting hired. Her past actions cost her dearly not to mention, assaulting akino... On the other hand, akino didn't exercised professionalism during the interview as if he's personally attacking tanaka. He could have conducted a thorough background check on tanaka to ensure all the information she provided are authenticated. His assistant was more professional than him. Anyway thank you shades and ribz va for voicing the story.

This is a great example of how bullying someone can backfire severely. Akino had severe issues with hiring Tanaka, and his worries weren’t unfounded. He rejected her because he knew they were lies, and he pointed out the past, which actually became relevant when she broke a potted plant. It’s really big on what happened.

Natsuki Tanaka. If you had really outgrown your immature behavior and not lied about your accomplishments on your resume, then maybe, just maybe you would've been hired for the company. While Akino may have seemed cruel in his way of interviewing you, he did have a point on one thing: If you were hired and you ended up causing trouble within the company because of your violent behavior/angry outbursts, it would've been a complete disaster. Unfortunately for you, you ended up proving him right when you got violent and broke a plant pottery, which is considered property damage. What you need Tanaka-san isn't a job, you need anger management. Period.

I have heard stories about people who mistreated and looked down upon me in high school. Seems things didn't work as well as they had hoped. I guess when you treat others poorly without cause, other than feeling somehow socially superior, it comes be to bite you.

Natsuki brought it all on herself, she was a serious red flag and not only would have damaged the company’s reputation and credibility but caused several lawsuits against them.
If she hadn’t have been a cocky spoiled brat who delighted in harassing and looking down on others as well as lied on her resume then maybe she would’ve been hired.

Other than that Akino was in the right to reject her application, hostile behavior and acts of harassment against employees and upper management are to be dealt with accordingly which would also result in termination of one’s employment status and investigation by the HR department and an arrest of the said person.
