Recently I replaced my fluorescent light to a LED type as I could not find a replacement part (ballast) in my local hardware shop as its kind of obsolete in today's landscape.

Help, i have 1 white and black wire, and 1 brown wire come out of my house. The two wires from the old light fixture were both brown and were some kind of knitted fabric instead of rubber. What Do.

Hi @chasinghams can I know if u had any sparks when u combined the 2 black wires (neutral) at 6:16? Mine sparks when I touch the two wires together, kinda scary.

My bulbs blew and the new ones I put in aren’t working. Do I need to install a new ballast? What are the odds the ballast went out with the bulbs?
