How to change your bathroom light bulb

Customer Service Advisor, Sue, shows you how easy it is to change your bathroom bulb. Most Bron Afon homes use a 16 watt 2D bulb and it is your responsibility to change the bulb when needed.

Clear and concise - and I like Sue's gentle Welsh accent.
I have been changing this type of bulb outdoors at home for the past 29 years, so no problem. Actually, I'm just about to purchase a couple - one as a stand-by and the other for a neighbour - at a nearby store. However, the first word of advice should be, "Switch off the power". It's unlikely to be unsafe due to the type of terminal, unlike a BC holder which is rather dodgy if you accidentally stick your finger in, but better safe than sorry.
