2 tablespoons catchup
1 tablespoons water
1 teaspoons rice or apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder

Worked well tip for anyone else don’t use vinegar at all or barely little for it to taste more closer to hibachi place that’s what helped for me there’s is more sweet and the vinegar makes it more a zesty like taste.

The sauce we used to make at my hibachi restaurant was:

melted butter
mayo
ketchup
paprika
garlic powder
sugar
orange juice (fresh orange or bottled juice)
blended up green onion

secret ingredient is the orange juice
