When You should pick Darius

Wickd a 750lp Challenger player got help by a 1000 LP Challenger Darius OTP to make this season 10 Darius top guide. The guide goes over which lane matchups that Darius is good or bad against.

I mean if you dont Play aggro enough Nasus outscales you and smacks your ass. You must win lane pretty hard, otherwise he hard outscales you (Nasus OTP btw won a lot against too passive Darius players)

You forget renekton is a tough matchup.

I think urgot is a hard counter to darius q his recovert to 1v1 with his e he can get to meele range while your q is preparing hiting him with the inner part and can execute you as well

Another matchup to mention is morde. A couple months ago when he was really good it was a skill matchup but by now Darius is favored heavily.
Garen is also really good Right now but Darius is one of the few champs who can beat him. Even the Korean challenger garen otps have trouble against Darius.

Where is Fiora ? Where is Illaoi ? Where is Quinn ? I think these 3 are way harder to deal with than Gnar or Jax

I was main Darius and I thought he was OP but not broken, he's pretty balanced actually. I say this: HE SUCKS, DONT PICK HIM AT ALL. His passive is bullshit (5 stacks with autoattacks), Q is slow, E has low range, ulti does no damage if there aren't 5 stacks of passive. He is strong for sure, but his mana is so much limited and he has low resistance, so basically he is a fighter that has zero tankiness. Dont play him, there are so many champions that are better than him.

Whenever i play against quinn, i die whatever i do. Mostly under MY tower. It would've been nice to have him in this list

As an irelia main, past lvl 3 Darius is such free meat. I rly disagree about that "ideal matchup" thing

I really like this content about when to pick or not a champ according to the match up. However, I'd also like to see when or not to pick the champion according to what you think your team composition needs and in which ways the champion you're talking about can counter the enemy's team composition and win condition. i believe anything with fast dash is good against darius like irellia and wukong you can dash into his q but renekton e is slow dash and its not that mobile so can get countered
