This 60 second video had more math than the last 36 years of my life.

Have you done a video explaining different bits and when to use them? Down cut, up cut, compression, etc?

Very nice. I would love to setup a cnc router at my house. I am a tool and mold maker and do this everyday for a living the only difference is i machine tool steel and exotic alloys. I've been in the trade for 10 years, and let me tell you, it never gets old! I love watching them run and seeing a project come together.

It's so easy to do this, everyone should have access to a CNC machine, wish I had the space for one.

That V-cut bit is SWEET!
The micro detail it cleaned up in the point of the A?
Magical 🪄🌟

Congrats, you’re an entry level machinist

I would probably use transparent dyed epoxy to fill it in - you'd still get all the details but it's also fully protected.

Idk if people actually understand how much money there is in making food quality signs like this, especially if you have lights in them painted I mean there is so much you can do to these but you also get to use so many different techniques that making signs is actually really fun

Hi, do you find a raster toolpath works better than an offset toolpath for this? I normally go with an offset, but I'm interested in your thoughts and experience. Also, is the corner cleanup with the 45deg bit an automatic process in your software or are you programming it separately?

I am a complete noob with CNC. The design, project, is made with particular software and in that software you are the director right? I mean you "tell" the software to first use the first bit and pause to continue with the second bit. You really have to think about this before starting this cut. Very nice and impressive

This tech would've saved my old boss from retiring early in the sign biz
