i felt on my elbow right on the triceps tendon 3 months ago and it still hurts when i touch it, is that normal?

does this really work? it's been 2 months since i got it while doing heavy weighted dips and it still causes pain while touching my triceps or doing some bodyweight dips.... (i progressed a lot in a short time)

I have pain on the elbow, I was given advice to strech/pull tricep towards the elbow via massage. What are your thoughts?

Sir My Triceps hurts and its swollen. I can bend my arm but with pain. Is it rhabdo or Triceps Tentonites or soreness. Please reply I am in very tension because I want to transform my body but my family doesn't want me to do workout because they think I am weak. Please tell me what to do😢😢

Massaging does not help in long term recovery. You need to strengthen the tendon to make it injury prone or you will just keep massaging the rest of your life until your tendon eventually snaps.

Its paining on my left tricep for 2 days now.should i visit the doctor is it serius i think it is paining because i did some pushups
