I don’t think that’s how genetics work, your genes only adapt to what your doing if it increases your chances or survival or reproduction, gamers are at no risk of dying and neither are most people so no “gamer genes” could become more prominent than any other genes. It also takes thousands of years for a genetic mutation to spread across a species of someone did mutate then only their offspring would get the mutation not the entire species. Also we will probably never have to worry about the affects that everybody even people with negative genes can procreate because soon we will be in charge of our own evolution, at least in a few hundred years.

Evolution requires unfit individuals to die out while more successful ones thrive and mate. We are all thriving so well, we will almost certainly not evolve very significantly from this point. Just minor "attractiveness" traits are going to become more common.

If that became the average gamer we would need environmental pressure to cause this to be a superior gamer build and then the superior gamers would have to out breed everyone else to cause people to start evolving like this. If gamers started evolving like this separately that's how one species splits into two. Sometimes it's outstanding how little people understand about evolution. The 3 toes theory has a lot more precedent because of the shoes we wear but that also would need an environmental pressure to bring about. Evolution only happens when the greater environment at large has selected your traits as superior. When would this gamer build ever be superior???

Because we live in an organized way, traits to survive in feral contains (strength, speed, fighting skill) will be replaced by traits to survive in human society (intelligence, better empathy, refined sociability)
