We have a neighbour who is well into his 70s (maybe even his 80s now), has 5 ex-wives, has had children with 4 of them, & his youngest kids live with him (around 15, 18, & 20) because their mother is in & out of a psych-ward, a religious fanatic, & is convinced that he's loaded but is hiding it from her.

These days he uses a cane most days, but should really be in a wheelchair. The 3 kids were mostly brought up through the efforts of a married couple who are good friends of his & also neighbours.

I've seen a few pictures of him from when he was younger, & he was definitely a handsome man, but even now he's trying to rizz some of the younger women (like 50 to 60s) who live around here.

I wonder if these people conceived naturally. Would be nearly as miraculous as immaculate conception. It would also be fucked up if they were trying fertility treatment, since age can really affect sperm quality, and more so if they were planning to raise the kid themselves. (As opposed to having them for a relative that can't conceive to adopt etc.)
