"I don't know how to react because there is no part of this world that looks sane to me anymore..." nailed it.

How is this not being shared everywhere? This clip has aged perfectly

The way both talk about Harris is 5 months later exposing how propaganda works. "she is a meme of a meme of a meme" and yet 5 months later people are being fed by propaganda that she's reaching the charismatic level of Obama. Our world is terminal

"There's no part of the world, at this moment, that looks sane to me." Eric summed up my thoughts perfectly in that sentence.

I like how the heading is “his prediction for 2024” and his first response is 🤷🏽

Politicians are the scum of the earth...seems like more people are finally waking up to this

I really appreciate that he speaks at a reasonable pace for our comprehension, and leaves LOTS of silent air between comments so we can THINK about what he has just shared.

All he said is that your elected officials are there for the !!!! and not for altruism, that they care more about their pocket than about the American citizen, period.

It does seem like politicians care more about being loyal to their friends in the party than being loyal to the people they're supposed to represent.

I was once in dire straits as a young mother newly divorced. I had no idea how difficult it would be to provide for myself and my child. Without a college degree I would never gain employment enough to take care of our basic needs. I tried. I collapsed, and I went on social assistance. After about two months I realized the only way up is to be independent of handouts because NOTHING is free. The assistance I had was a form of slavery. Meaning, once you are in the system they keep you there. Do you hear that? There is no pathway out except for your own blood, sweat and tears. They know it. We know it. People on the dole have no reason to get off, even if they have less. Why? Because they are certain of the daily dose, just for doing nothing. I got up and out and I raised two successful and well educated children with my husband of 25 years. People who will take the free stuff are happy slaves. I will live free or die hard trying.

Eric's point is very similar to what Tucker Carlson said a while back: that both political parties run on platforms that bear almost no correlation at all to what voters say are the issues most important to them.

I think he nailed it. What the people want, is NOT what they've be been promised or given. ....and will never be given, so now what?

One of the issues I have with Eric Weinstein is that he will say something completely unclear, and then just sit there and act like you should totally know what he is talking about, and then you have to prod him to get an explanation to some arcane point he is trying to make.

American political parties are a -troth- trough (apparently I can't spell) .

No explanation, just sits there smugly acting like that sentence makes any sense absent an explanation. He does this all the time, and it bugs the crap out of me, to the point that I can barely stand to watch him in conversation.

I worked as a mental health nurse for many years. There use to be a large distinction between either side of the locked door. That distinction is now gone, everyone has gone mad.
