Looks good. I am more of a hobbyist, but even so love the compactness of my Mavic Pro. I haven’t had it that long, and already feel like it’s a must take everywhere drone.

I take it the 4k crop factor will be big with the 20MP x4s, maybe the 5.2k video is full frame width with no cropping.

I have the I2! It is awesome for my first one. I've been shooting photos for 42 years and I have the 2 X4 and X5 cameras. There is also a small Panasonic zoom available. Up to 84MM max. Tony, test this with the 45MM. While you are in good contact with DJI, get them to have firmware for the Zenmuse XT Thermal camera too. It only works with, in my eyes the to come OUTDATED I1. They don't seem to want the photographers of the world to have the XT on the Inspire 2. SAME Gimble. It just needs firmware! Search and rescue needs this with the longer flying time of the I2 over the I1. Please talk them into the updated firmware! Thank you for your time with all your videos. We all appreciate the effort it takes!

Altitude ceilings or limitations are given in altitude above sea level. In other words when filming on mountain tops you can still fly :)

Service ceiling is still useful if you wanted to film somewhere like the Rockies.

Looks like DJI took your suggestion with the Mavic 2 Pro regarding camera angle and Mavic tilt avoiding props getting caught on camera.

Great review. Is there any good option apart from DJI for this kind of film work?

Thanks. What about multi-spectrum cameras for a city with very little filming but lots of farming?

Tony, wouldn't there be huge amplification of vibration with a tele on a drone? also, makes it a lot more difficult to control your frame from a moving mount.

Do you think you could use lenses like the ones that clip onto smart phones and gopros to get a more tele shot? If the gimble on the phantom or mavic can take the weight, it might be a simple and cost effective solution albeit with a reduction in image quality with stacking lenses like that. I'm sure someone has thought of this but I figured I'd ask.

I'm a hobbyist and unfortunately I can only afford a phantom 3 pro, not the phantom 4 plus which I would love to own one day. I think I'll save up until I can get the phantom 4 pro. Btw i love looking at these reviews, really show how mankind can use their God give wisdom n intelligence to make these small yet intricate devices/machines that just looking at it give an awe inspiring feeling of what technology can do and it gets even better ever single day.

Hey Tony, do you see an issue with adding an Olympus teleconverter to the DJI X5s lens? I like the idea of the wide angle of the X5s but want the zooming close up shots too. So rather than put out the big bucks for the Olympus 45mm to add to the X5s gimbal, how bout the converter?
