I use the
Tn=an+b
Tn=-3n+13
So - 3(21)+13
=-50
Isnt this the right answer

Won't it be 105 cuz the 1 is negative and when it goes to the other side it will be positive

The answer is 105. You can check by substituting your answer in the formula. You will see that LHS=RHS. so it's 105=n
