1. Exercise every day (some form of it, sports, walking, running, gym, etc.)
2. Diet - Try to eat healthy, avoid fast food. (Maybe your cultures traditional food?)
3. Meditate everyday, deep breaths (5 mins or 30 or whatever, just meditate)
4. Sleep consistently everyday, same time at night and same time in the morning
5. Sunlight exposure (wear sunscreen tho)
And ofc drink lots of water y'all

I’m 14, have terrible acne, and I’m just insecure with myself overall. I’ve given the acne cream a shot, but my routines never been there, and I think I’m gonna start trying to implement a more healthy lifestyle, because in the end nothings going to happen if I don’t do anything. This video really stuck with me, thanks for the help, it really gave me some motivation that went past 12 am 😅

After watching on youtube for years about self improvement, you literally summarized everything i have learned. Like rlly, being healthy isn't that pricey. On my childhood days, i have a healthy body because as a child, you sleep more, eat on time, and do activities outside and away from phone. My mom also doesnt want me to eat junkfoods. Now im older, i do everything that is opposite from the lifestyle i used to have. It resulted to acne and chubby body. Knowing isn't enough and it takes time to heal the body in natural waym kinda frustrating at times that you wanted to be better as fast as you can because you're not getting any younger.

Hey man Im 15 and I have a lot of acne. I had gone to a camp where everyone had to sleep at 9pm and wake up early and all my acne was gone in those days. I came back home with clear skin and had it for a week, next week my sleep schedule messed up and all of it came back worse than it ever was. My acne is my worst insecurity. It makes me look so unhealthy and I am now that I think of my sleep schedule. This vid inspired me to fix it. Great one thx

Yo Ruff, you’re probably not gonna see this, but you’re actually such an inspiration to me bro. More than Hamza I would say and guys like that because we’re around the same age (I’m 19 and I’m assuming you’re like a year younger or something like that), so I just find you more relatable.

I remember finding you when you had 600 subs and you made the “disappearing for a year” video. I watched the full thing, checked back a week later and that video blew up!

We also have similar personalities based on how you carry yourself on camera. Lowkey I feel like we would be mad good friends if we knew each other in real life based on that.

Keep doing what you’re doing bro. You didn’t go from 600 subs to 20k on accident. I take inspiration from you and hope I can take my self-improvement channel to your level soon In shaa Allah.

Much love brodieee

You're a real one bro. Motivated me in just under 5 minutes. Schedule and time management is the real enemy here when you're a student. I'm an incoming 2nd year college student and I'm gonna start planning and scheduling my lifestyle and study. Thanks bro

What you’ve said in the video pulls me back to the same conclusion I’ve made for myself now that I’m reaching my senior year. All 3 years I’ve spent on aquatic sports. My acne rapidly returning as soon as my sleep schedule made applying cream nonexistent. It’s a reflection of my inconsistent sleep schedule. Muscle development is rapidly slowed with lack of sleep. Cognitive function slows with lack of sleep (Definitely not good for completing assignments). This video just adds another effect of sleep deprivation for me. I guess it’s just more of a reason for my final year to be something I make my best.

Another thing that's important to understand is that a healthy body is a beautiful one. Don't get to caught up into the making your body look like someone else's just be the best that you know you can be, that is what is beautiful (to me atleast)

It is the 3rd video I’m watching on your channel, and honestly it’s so rebuking and refreshing at the same time (which is good). Due to college my lifestyle got a little rough, and because of that some of my insecurities got worse than before. While watching the video, I realized many things and I’m excited for the changes in my current routine. Thank you once again for sharing valuable stories and inspiring speeches 🎉

About skin: If you are <16 years old OR has just reached puberty less than 5-6 years ago, dont worry too much about pimple and buying too much skincare products or even your diet. Acne caused during those period is usually hormonal. No matter what you do they’ll always come back even if your skin clears for a month or two (Im not talking just 1-2 ting pimple, but more than that). Obviously still use proper cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen but honestly thats it! At this stage just focus on minimising pimple not getting rid of it because its literally not possible. Your hormones are raging at this stage and it’s completely normal. Those skincare ads are geared towards older people. However if problem persists after this stage, age 20+ I do recommend seeing a dermatologist

Edit: For diet, obviously practice balanced diet regardless of your age but to be honest with u eating good food will barely improve ur skin at that age anyway.
