update after I did all this, I tried to transfer the files from my galaxy to the Seagate external drive.... IT IS STILL ASKING ME TO BUY a New Codec to play this item, says it requires a HEVC video extensions codec pack available from the Microsoft store....NO I refuse something is still going wrong I will get to the bottom of this... SO FRUSTRATING!!!!
