He is up against personal issues not good to hear but I tell you I listened all these months to his updates and he kept me going out west. So today I appreciate Gov. Cuomo and thank you NY for leading the way.

Hey Governor - issues that would help people:

1. Get rid off EZPass 'replenishment fees' and 'administrative fees', this company is purely corrupt. Charging customers replenishment fees even when not using tolls. Not processing claims administrative fees claims unless person is EZPass customer.

2. Clean the streets, highways, NY looks more dirtier than 3rd countries I've visited .. it's embarrassing

3. Fix roads, fix them fast (not for needless endless periods of time, I remember it took 2 yrs for the city to put 10 trees on my street) and (do construction at night time) .. if canada can do it, why can't we

4. Make it easier to start a new business in NYC, get rid of additional ridiculous antiquated fees (Publication Fee, cost thousands of dollars in NY)
